LTX(tm) Supports ARX in AutoCAD LT(R) 2004

Apple Creek, Ohio, May 29, 2003 -- ManuSoft began shipping LTX(tm) 3.3, a new version of the AutoCAD LT Extension engine for loading and running AutoCAD(R) ARX applications in AutoCAD LT. The latest version of the LTX toolkit adds support for AutoCAD LT 2004 and includes many incremental improvements that make it easier than ever for ARX developers to take advantage of the LT platform. The LTX engine is targeted toward developers of commercial and in-house ARX add-ons who want their existing applications to run on AutoCAD LT. LTX 3.3 supports all versions of AutoCAD LT from AutoCAD LT 97 to AutoCAD LT 2004.

LTX is the first and most robust turnkey interface between existing ARX applications and AutoCAD LT. Applications using the LTX engine run in AutoCAD LT exactly the same way that they run in AutoCAD. The full array of ARX functionality is available to LTX applications, including custom object classes, reactors, custom commands, etc.

LTX is licensed on an annual basis, and includes ongoing support and updates as part of the license agreement. Both flat-rate and volume-based licensing options are available.
